Joe Regil

Since joining Midwest Mechanical in 1997, Joe Regil has dedicated over 30 years to the HVAC industry, steadily advancing through the ranks from technician to supervisor, then service manager, and now Operations Manager. His extensive experience has equipped him with a diverse skill set that encompasses sales, estimating, team building, negotiation, as well as public speaking and leadership abilities.  

Throughout his career, Joe has played a vital role in expanding Midwest Mechanical’s business; including successfully launching new service Teams. He is also committed to the mentorship and training of our Service Managers. 

Joe’s academic foundation was built at College of Lake County, and values continuous learning and growth. His commitment to developing people and service operations has fostered a culture of excellence and steady achievement within Midwest Mechanical.
