Lyle Weseloh

Lyle Weseloh, PE, is the Vice President of Construction and Engineering at Midwest Mechanical, a role he has held since 2024. He leads the project and engineering teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality design-build solutions across various industries. 

Lyle joined Midwest Mechanical in 2018 as Director of Operations for the Public Sector, where he helped expand the company’s presence in government and institutional markets. 

With over 25 years of experience in the HVAC and controls industry, Lyle holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Southern Illinois University and a Master of Business Administration from Roosevelt University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
