As Director of Administration/HR with Midwest Mechanical, Melinda oversees HR, administration, and IT. She joined the company 2021 through an acquisition, applying deep expertise in organizational management to help drive company success. 

Melinda's journey in mechanical contracting began in 2017 when she transitioned from her extensive tenure at a law firm where she worked in legal administration, gaining invaluable experience in corporate governance, compliance, property management, accounting, and human resources. Her ability to navigate complex administrative and legal processes helped her excel in managing the demands of our growing business. 

Melinda plays a critical role in shaping company culture, improving employee engagement, and ensuring that Midwest Mechanical is well positioned to meet the evolving needs of our clients and workforce.
