Neal Johnson

Neal Johnson joined Midwest Mechanical as its Chief Financial Officer in 2020) and is the Financial Lead for Midwest Mechanical Group, which includes other businesses.  

He strives to have all supporting departments he leads become focused on how they can better serve the operational functions of the company. He also enjoys making an impact on organizations at both the detailed, back-office, operational level as well as at the cultural and strategic levels at Midwest Mechanical. 

Neal is a Certified Public Accountant with an MBA from Northern University.  His undergraduate degree is in Accounting from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana.  He has over 40 years of corporate accounting experience in various industries including engineering, aviation insurance brokerage, manufacturing, sales and support of accounting software, and healthcare.
