Paul Szymczak

Paul Szymczak began his career in HVAC Service as a Maintenance Sales Representative at Midwest Mechanical in the early 1990’s.  He presently serves as Vice President of Sales & Business Transformation, providing support for over twenty project and maintenance sales professionals.   

In response to Midwest Mechanical’s considerable growth over the past several years, Paul is committed to the application of new technologies and improved processes.  He works very closely with the company’s Data Analyst to create innovative reports and dashboards that increase both employee efficiency and job satisfaction.   

Paul is an active member of the Mechanical Contractors Association (MCA) of Chicago.  He has served three terms on its board of directors, has chaired its Education Committee and presently chairs its Service Committee.  Paul is a recipient of MCA’s Distinguished Service Award, and is an esteemed trainer-speaker. He regularly provides customer relations training to both field and office personnel that focuses on enhancing the customer experience. 

Paul earned his bachelor’s degree in accountancy from the College of Commerce and Business Administration at the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign.
