Roger Baaske

Roger Baaske was appointed Vice President of Service Operations in 2019.  

In this role, he focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience, fostering service team development, and driving continuous operational improvement across all service team divisions. He also oversees Midwest Mechanical’s Safety Culture, company vehicle management, warehousing, and logistics. 

 With extensive experience across various facets of the HVAC mechanical industry, Roger has worked as a field technician, service manager, account manager, salesperson, HVAC college instructor, and in several operational management roles. Having spent his entire life in the Chicago area, Roger brings over 35 years of experience at Midwest Mechanical, complemented by his work history with HVAC manufacturers and local mechanical companies.
