Our mission is to provide commercial/industrial building owners and managers operational efficiency and extend the life of their HVAC systems through innovative means & technologies, applied data analytics, predictive maintenance, design-retrofit projects/upgrades, and building automation.  

Sam Giampapa was appointed President of Midwest Mechanical Group in 2017, where he is responsible for driving the company’s strategic direction and overseeing its growth, including leading six successful acquisitions. Under his leadership, Midwest Mechanical has consistently delivered exceptional customer experience, setting the standard for excellence in the industry. 

With over 40 years of experience in the mechanical service sector, Sam has developed deep expertise across all areas of the business. Prior to his role as President, he served as Vice President of Business Development at Midwest Mechanical. Before joining the company, Sam held various leadership, management, sales, and technical positions within the HVAC industry, working with leading organizations including the Trane Company, Exelon, ESCOs, and regional contractors.
